[WALL OF TEXT] 12 Days of team progress (days 13 to 24 or so)

12 days ago I posted about my first 2 weeks in Dofus, explaining how I played the game with no starting knowledge and leveled my team of Enutrof(main), 2 Iops, 2 Pandas, a Sacrier, a Cra and an Eniripsa. At the end of those 2 weeks I had nearly enough to pay for subscription on my whole team and the characters were around level 60.

Here is the story of my past 12 days on Dofus, starting with only my Enutrof having subscription:
[1] On the first day I crafted some gelanos +vita and made around 300,000k profit, Then I leveled smithmage, carvemage, alchemist and did some item breaking, would say break even overall but massive investments were made and I didn't keep perfect track. [2]On the second day I couldn't play much but I looked up which trophies I should be using (since before that I wasn't using any ;o) and I made 48 trophies for my 8 characters.[3] I was told Otomai island was a good place to exp, on the way I found castaway island with monsters that drop 100% 1600k but it wouldn't sell because its not involved in crafts, then I went to otomai and it was shit. I went back to Bonta to get level 30 artificer, made 360 field dungeon keys which i planned on using. After a while it seemed like I would make 3M from the dungeons, I had done 10 of them.

[4]Hydra release on oldschool runescape.[5] I logged in and received 1.2M kamas from offers sold over the past 36 hours, that was great but I didn't play much.[6] the day of offline/rollback meriana :)))).

[7] I finally got subscription on my team, first thing I did was getting a prospection familiar on each of my characters, my pick was the crowdzilla, with just 1 500xp pet food it gives a 44 prospection bonus! then went to jellies to get xp/cash, doesn't seem great so far... NVM found a 130k xp fight!

[8] It was time to get hunter to 60 so that killing jellies more than doubles in profit, currently essentially 50% of the profit from jellies comes from red ones since their jelly is the most expensive, the idea is to target them but since groups don't despawn you end up killing alot of unwanted groups to spawn more red ones, if those jellies could all give a drop worth 8000 kamas at 80% rate(the level 60 hunter meat), it would be alot more fun ;s.

I paid 500,000 to get my team from level 30 to 40 hunter, it would have cost another 1.3-1.5M to get them to level 60 and I couldn't afford it, I decided to instead look at monsters giving the level 40 meat, I saw the brown mushroom monsters I had seen in a video and I had tried killing them before I got my whole team subscribed and it was really hard with only my enutrof giving it another shot was a great idea, some fights gave me upwards of 100Kk! I managed to get a screenshot of a 140,000K reward fight end screen which is WAY above what I ever imagined, I started collecting various end fights screenshots which I will link at the end since its easy to scroll down and spoil the rest so click it after or when you decide to stop reading :)

I eventually amassed enough mineral meat to get level 50 on my characters, I still had to pay around 200,000 to buy the lemons and barley for the recipe but that is negligeable at this point, according to the price evaluator I had made about 2M in around 4 hours, absolutely incredible. In truth I only made around 1.2M probably if you count the 200,000 spent for hunter and the 300,000 in meat I just used instead of selling and the fact that I sell everything decently low so that it sells in a few days (my trade offers are always overloaded and I have to cancel the lowest ones so I try to not waste my time with offers that wouldn't sell).

Tomorrow my goal will simply be level 60 hunter I think, leaving the rest to hopefully finding a way to quickly train my characters to level 100 hopefully since I've pretty much hit a wall lately around level 70

[9] I made 100,000k from selling the archmonster stones I managed to acquire from various monsters, but sadly only 1 lot of brown spimush sold, I still made alot of money, but I had to drop all the spimush down to 199,000/100 :( I currently have 4M in sale in total but as you would know you can count maybe half of that as actual cash because the rest is in problematic items that don't sell easily...)

I farmed spimush for a bit more [note that in my experience, farming map (9, 10) is the best way to do this, focus red and brown ones as the green and blue ones never hit on the first turn, making it very easy to do the untouchable challenges when the positionning lets you play at your best, having an enutrof with the protective bag is also useful for that ;)] and Managed to get my characters to level 69 which unlocked new spells, none too useful but the explosive flask on the pandas is good if there is nobody in the way, I can't wait to get around level 100 and get 12/6 and decent bonuses on my characters from my stuff and put alot of points in wisdom, my stuff currently is centered around getting 11/4 which is easily achievable at level 67 with the god rod without losing too much offensive, but at 100 so many items will give me AP/MP/range. That being said, I am very far from that goal and I really have to manage to make 4Mk for my next subscription then focus on gaining that much needed experience boost.

I just realised I haven't even talked about my idol composition for farming!
here it is: minoreg/major dynamos, payo and minor behelit (medium zones), pick a higher tier behelit if you can handle it or remove it if you can't handle it, also note that you can press b to open the bestiary and see the drop rates of items with your prospection/idols, if you already have 95% rate don't bother with the extra idols, having more than 100% just gives more exp and makes fights considerably harder, I wouldn't recommend focusing on the xp from idols unless you really know what you're doing also note that completing challenges helps alot with drops so if you have 100% already you could not do the challs if you're not there for the exp but opposingly if you are only getting 70% rate and you have an opportunity to get a 50% chall giving you 100% drop rate you should really do as much as you can to complete those.

Before going to bed today I decided to spend a ton of cash on getting level 100 miner, probably a bad decision but I wanted to finish that goal, I should only lose about 150,000 if things go well, hopefully alot of items sell tomorrow, it could be glorious.

[10] The spimush isn't selling and im worried the price went down from 2800 to 1400 in 2 days and from all my lots only 2 have sold... I decided to keep going with the spimush in hope it sells but I think tomorrow I have to move onto a different method, this means getting 60 hunter on all of the accounts which is going to cost me around 300,000 I think, not too bad, with that done every jelly I kill will give me 1000k and I should be able to pay for subscription.

[11] So my items have sold, I currently have 5 million which is perfect because I only need 4.4M per week for subsciption, that means I just have to gain exp now...

The day is finished so I am writing this after, I decided to try a method a bunch of videos have show-cased, the "snailmets(EN)/Kaskargo(FR)" Basically you put all of your points in wisdom, make sure you have Cras/ Pandas/ Iops/ Sacriers, anything that can help move monsters, rogue is also decent but I don't have one, my enutrof isn't that useful but I can accelerate a panda on first turn or my sacrier on 2nd turn to help, otherwise my eniripsa is the least useful member of the team. The method is to let the snailmets place death traps around the map, in priority on your summons so make sure to summon the living bags/swords/eniripsa bunny/etc to not get 1shot instead of your summons, then you have to replace the friendly entities in the traps with enemy entities, simple concept but when the monsters kills 3 team members each per turn it can be hard, pick your fights carefully, the cheekens kill 1 member per turn and the pikokos kill 3, that is if you are low level or using damage increasing idols, so make sure to have at least 1 idol composition that doesn't have damage boosts so that you can pick some harder fights to help the spawns rotate, the rest of the monsters aren't too bad to deal with. Using this exp zone I managed to get my team to level 93 in about 5 hours of dying and running around the various maps in search of fights...

I just got home at the end of day 11 and managed to do 5 successful fights, 2 decent exp and 3 spawn rerolls, then i had to change maps, and I stumbled upon a MAGNIFICIENT group of monsters: 4 snailmets and 2 cheekens, estimated at nearly 10M EXP without challenges, I prayed for a good challenge, decent luck, and I stepped in... [video] :)

After that it was time to change my gear around slightly, but mostly evaluate how much I would have to spend once I reach level 150 and have enough kamas to really upgrade the gear. I crafted some and bought the rest of my few gear changes to get all the team to 12/5 and I didn't spend anything, assuming some extra crafts end up selling. This is actually huge because I used to have 11/4 or 10/5 on my characters other than the enutrof basically, this will be very useful for securing fights. Ending the day with my team level 103 but enutrof 112, still ahead but now my characters are getting very close exp so around 150 they should all be within 2-3 levels which is ideal.

[12] My first week of subscription is coming to an end, and it has been great, that being said, I just paid for a second week of subscription, and it shall be even greater :o

Here is the [Imgur gallery] of my screenshots during the past few days, I hope you like it!

Runescape Speedrun : From Scratch to 10m maxed% in 2:04.37 by Gendarme

New for fun speedrun I created that's a bit too RNG heavy to be a serious run. But I had a blast with it regardless.

-Rules to start out:
-Time starts once you land on the Lumbridge lodestone.
-No items or starting money, Untradeables are okay but you have to retrieve them.(deposit required cash & you have to speak to NPC that you would get item from.)
-Turn off quick tele.(can turn on once you buy viswax and add charges.)
-No MTX, or Weekly / Monthly events like oyster.
-More to be added as discussed or if I miss something critical.

So I explain my thoughts behind this run in the first part of the video but I'll go ahead and reiterate it here as well.
I've loved watching speedruns ever since I found out about the hobby via early 2011-2012 GDQ and ESA clips. Ever since I try to watch every event now days with my wife and kids.
However, I really wanted to try a speedrun. My main thing was I didn't necessarily go with one of my old time favorite games like SMB, SM64, Pokemon Emerald, ect. I really wanted to try my hand at routing something. In comes Runescape, which I have played since 2002. The runs on RS are pretty limited to making new accounts and running quests, which makes the most sense as far as a clean even slate goes. I wanted to somehow use my Maxed account. As such I came up with this very RNG and more "fun" category of From Scratch to 10m.
I'm hoping we get a couple more people who give routing this run a shot and seeing how fast they can drop the time, I think we could have a fun small community trying figuring out different options.
If not thats fine as well, I really enjoyed the process and will try picking up another game to run in the future.
Thanks for reading!
