$1100 new pc setup

Hey guys, Im after some advice.
I have been out of the pc building game for nearly 2 years now, so I am not up to date on the best price performance, I have build quite a lot of budget used gaming pcs but my friend would like me to build her one. As you can see the game she wants to play are not the most demanding which is good given the budget. Any Help would be much appreciated!
  1. What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games (ex: resolution, FPS, settings) or programs you will be using. Casual gaming, i.e. playing The Sims 3 (& potentially 4), Among Us, Path of Exile, Diablo 4. Possibly some light Photo editing and web browsing, Netflix streaming, video calls.
  2. What is your maximum PRE-TAX budget before rebates and shipping? $1,100
  3. When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy. Preferably before Xmas, if not the new year is fine.
  4. What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (ex: toweOS/monitokeyboard/mouse/etc). Tower, monitor, keyboard (clicky mechanical), mouse.
  5. If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? How old are they? Brands and models are appreciated. Currently do not have any parts I can reuse.
  6. Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, Wi-Fi, VR, VirtualLink, tensor cores, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc). Wi-Fi, SSD.
  7. Do you have any specific case preferences (ex: mITX/mATX/mid-towefull-tower sizes, styles, colours, window or not, LED lighting, etc.), or a particular color theme preference for the components? Mid-tower to small, black colour preferably.
  8. Will you be upgrading this PC in the future (ie: will you swap out better parts later on or will you build an entirely new tower later)? If so, when? I don’t think so.
  9. Do you have a brand preference? (ex: AMD/Intel for CPUs, AMD/NVIDIA for video cards, etc). Not really.
  10. What are the specs of your old PC / laptop? Do you want to see if it can be upgraded instead? If so, paste its build from PCPartPicker here. Do not currently have a computer.

List the things you want to see in BotW2 that improve upon BotW

Breath of the Wild's formula was GREAT, but there's always room for improvement. There's a lot Nintendo could do to upgrade the formula in the sequel, so let's list some of our own ideas. Maybe one of the Nintendo devs will swing by here.
Here's a list of my own ideas:
  • More enemy variety. There are several classic Zelda foes that are sorely missing from BotW, including Dodongos, Darknuts, Gohmas, Skulltulas, etc. A successor game should make an effort to include those kinds of enemies, rather than filling the gaps with loads of differently-colored variants of the same enemy (looking at you, Golden Bokoblins).
  • A more challenging final boss. Let's face it: Calamity Ganon (in his spider form) was anticlimactic due to him being easier to beat than a Silver Lynel. To make him harder, I'd have given him much higher damage, such that he could, at least, two-shot you if you're not careful. There's no need to go Dark Souls hard, but the final boss should really feel like he's the toughest enemy in the game.
  • A rework to healing. It's far too easy to cheese a lot of fights by cooking Hearty Durians. Healing from food should be changed to a heal-over-time effect, though elixirs could still instant-heal you since it's harder to make Hearty Elixirs. Maybe this could be a toggleable option in the game's settings for those who want it.
  • Refinements to Master Mode. MM in BotW1 certainly upped the challenge, but not in all the right ways. Turning every enemy into a damage sponge wasn't the smartest of choices, for one. The regeneration mechanic is acceptable, but it definitely needs to be toned down; I'd change it so that the enemy will start regenerating if it hasn't taken damage for 10 seconds rather than 5 seconds, giving you more time in a fight before your damage starts getting undone (I'd also nerf the regeneration rate, especially on high-health opponents like Lynels). There's obviously more that would need to be done, but this would be a good start.
  • Add in a system for poisons. Before you say "Link wouldn't resort to that!", BotW is a game about survival, and poisons are a pragmatic approach to a lot of survival situations. Hunters in fantasy settings typically use poisons in their profession, and even if you decide not to use any, your enemies always could.
  • More sidestory-based mini-quests, especially one that stars Malon (or an incarnation of her).
  • A more competent Yiga Clan. They're really a joke in BotW, so it'd be nice to see them actually as a threat. Having them use the aforementioned poisons would be a good way to make them more threatening. (Unfortunately, it looks like HW:AoC is showing that the Yiga are always going to be joke enemies.)
  • Bosses that are more like prior Zelda games. The Ganonblights weren't exactly the best, as you didn't need to puzzle your way through them most of the time. Bosses like Koloktos from Skyward Sword were phenomenal.
  • A rework to outfits. Don't you hate how you can't really use the Phantom Ganon or Salvager set while fighting a Golden Lynel due to them being inferior to upgradeable armors? It'd be nice if outfits were strictly cosmetic, while set bonuses and stat bonuses were tied to some other, non-visible equipment (ala Materias or something similar). Either that, or the game needs something like Diablo 3's Transmog. The player should be able to pimp themselves out however they like, and not be obligated to conform to particular set looks (except when infiltrating Gerudo Town).
  • A rework to weapons and shields in terms of durability/breaking. Constantly having to replace broken weapons was surely not something everyone liked. While I wouldn't remove that entirely, I'd certainly add in some way to keep certain good weapons that you find, maybe by adding in some kind of repair system. Additionally, I'd have more than just the Master Sword as an "unbreakable" weapon; there should be other weapons you get from beating game-centric dungeons that aren't destroyed when their durability is used up, and instead go into a recharge phase (I'd definitely do this for the Hylian Shield).
  • The ability to swim underwater. BotW had huge lakes and even ocean areas, but had no underwater mechanics? That was a letdown. Being able to dive underwater would open up so many new opportunities.
  • Some means of being able to climb during a rainstorm. We all hated how rain made things unclimbable, especially in areas where it's always raining (i.e. Thundra Plateau). This really should have been part of the Climbing Set's set bonus.
  • Linkle, in some shape or form. I'd have it be that during your travels you run into her and she thinks she's supposed to be "The Hero", but ends up getting herself (and you) into plenty of trouble. But in the end, she'd turn out to be a valuable ally. (Maybe she'll show up in HW:AoC as a DLC or cameo.)
  • An incarnation of Dark Link who hounds you across Hyrule in your travels. Dark Link would be far more dangerous than the Yiga, growing in strength as you do and able to counter your attacks with its own Flurry Strikes if you aren't careful. And no matter how many times you kill him, he'll come back every Blood Moon. You're safe from him in towns and shrines, though.
  • More Sheikah Slate capabilities. For example, a "Swap" capability that lets you switch places with certain objects (akin to the Switch Hook from Oracle of Ages), or a function that lets you change the weather once per day. In particular, the Sheikah Slate needs some kind of music-related function, both for puzzles and as a nod to games like Ocarina of Time.
  • An actual romance between Link and Zelda. Since this is a direct sequel to BoTW, it'd make sense if Zelda did fall in love with Link this time. Perhaps the game could have a bonus extension to the ending where, if you do certain quests, Link and Zelda fall in love in a post-credits scene.
  • An option to turn on full-fledged voice acting for Link. This would be totally optional, and if you wanted Link to stay the silent protagonist, that's fine. But some of us want him to break free of his silence. They did something like this in Tales of Xillia 2, where the protagonist is silent until after you've beaten the game once, and then you get the option to let him be voiced.
That's plenty out of me. What would you like to see?
