Multi-purpose Machine. I was thinking a triple boot (Linux, MS, Hackintosh) but another option would be a type1 hypervisor (Proxmox, ESXi, ...) or type2 hypervisor with Linux or Windows as a base OS. Windows for gaming and maybe to explore what Windows offers lately. Hackintosh for normal use and work. Linux for experiments and work.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

- Does it make sense to go with Intel? I see a lot of enthusiasm for AMD but with the current prices it seems to me Intel is better and perhaps more appropriate for Hackintosh.
- If Intel is OK, does this motherboard make sense or is it outdated already? Would this motherboard with with 10th gen Intel or later?
- Would the Be Quiet cooling be adequate? More than adequate? What alternatives do I have? I also liked the "be quiet! Dark Rock Slim CPU Cooler" (the bigger ones might be too big?). Would that be enough? Bigger CPU cooler like the Dark Rock are just too big. BTW, CPU won't be overclocked, at least for now.
- I haven't settled on SDDs yet, any recommendations?
