The time has finally come.

Thanks in advance everyone who gets a chance to read over this :)
What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.
Hey guys, about every 5 years or so, i do a complete system replacement, i have developed some faulty ram, a video card that seems to want to overheat and explode all the time and some other slower components that are holding me back from gaming the way i want to game (on fairly high settings).
Basically what i do is play mmorpgs' and first person shooters . Things like Wow, GW2, BF3 , PS2 , Cs:go , etc etc etc. But i do like to have my music running in the background and maybe running a few other small programs while i game. This leads me to read that i may be really wanting 16g of ram this time around.
What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?
$1100(CDN)
When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.
Within 2 weeks of this date, 12/4/14
What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (ToweOS/monitokeyboard/mouse/etc)
I will need a Case , OS(pref win7 home 64bit) , RAM , Graphics card , Cpu , HD(i dont need an ssd) , dvd rw drive , Mobo(im fine with integrated sound card/ethernet) . I do not need a psu as i have brand new 850w ready to go.
Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?
Vancouver Canada.
If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.
I will be using all my existing peripherals. Typical LG LCD monitor, and usb kb/mouse.
Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?
No.
Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)
The graphics card needs to have dual video out ports, as i run a cable both to my LCD television and pc monitor.
Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-towefull-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
No preferences except that i dont want any funky LED lighting etc.
Do you need a copy of Windows 7 or 8.1 included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference for one or the other?
Win7 Home 64bit.
Extra info or particulars:
Basically im looking for a system that will confidentally take me through the next 4-5 years of gaming, obviously im working on a bit of a budget considering expensive canadian pricing, so i know i wont be getting anything too crazy.
I have quick access to a couple local outlets and my 2 favorite to deal with are NCIX
http://www.ncix.com/
and A-power
http://www.a-power.com/home-384-list
For a better idea of what im working with, i will include my current Dxdiag below so that hopefully we can fine components that will be a marked improvement.
Thanks again for your help guys!
